A space has a large influence on our emotion It can make us feel happy or sad, hungry or relaxed.  As a designer, it is important to understand the psychological effects your surroundings have on people, together with the way they feel and behave in a space. A feeling can be achieved by using some subtle touches on a calming background, a vibrant colour palette or simple adding some plants creating texture and a relaxing atmosphere.
