"I first met Paola in 2015 when she was working for another company. She helped me with some design ideas for a room in my house. Fortunately I kept her details and got back in touch some years later (2019) asking for design help with a kitchen renovation I was doing. By this time she was working for herself and agreed to help with my project.
My kitchen project featured a room knock-through and complete remodelling of the layout. I tend to have reasonable ideas about design elements I like, and can refine a design once an initial proposal is made, but struggle connecting the two. This is where Paola agreed to help. She listened to what I wanted, heard my likes and dislikes and pulled together a design for me covering flooring materials, wallpaper and paint, worktop and kitchen unit fronts, lighting and furniture. The process was iterative, and I always found a Paola to be patient, enthusiastic and friendly. She’s also great for suggesting elements that are novel and give the wow factor.
Despite living in Spain, Paola was always available through email and instant message during the lengthy renovation. She communicated ideas virtually as we honed in on the design, then visited the U.K. to deliver hard copies of designs and share samples. She also helped me ordering specialist wallpapers.
The finished kitchen looks brilliant. I am so pleased and everyone says how impressive it all looks. I would recommend Paola to anyone wanting help in injecting something special to an interior design project"
